Find answers to common questions about YourDoc

Go to the YourDoc home page and launch a search after selecting a Healthcare Professional and the location where you wish to consult. There are three possible locations (your address, around you and profile address). A list of professionals is displayed on the screen with a geolocation, and you then choose the type of visit you would like to make to the office or home. Depending on availability, various information is also given on the profile of the professional (education, languages spoken, experience, address, fees...). You select the reason for your consultation, then the schedule that suits you.

The patient can create an account on YourDoc for the management and booking of appointments. The health professional can also create his professional account. In both cases you must use a form and fill in his name, phone number and eMail address. Each time an appointment is booked, the patient receives confirmation notifications. He can archive his appointments. He can also cancel an appointment and delete his account and reset his account if he loses his login and password. To modify an appointment, simply cancel the appointment and make a new one available.

When the patient does not find an appointment according to his wishes, he can put himself on a waiting list of his practitioner or on other express or emergency appointment lists. He sends a request and the platform offers him the list of available professionals. Once the request is sent, the patient must wait for confirmation from the professional. The request can be cancelled or confirmed and will be contacted by eMail to decide on the date and schedule.
